What are the apartments like?
Treehouse Suites are fully serviced and fully furnished apartment homes with the convenience of a hotel but the comfort of a home. You’ll discover a delicate interplay of wood, stone, and greenery all around our residence, bringing both luxury and comfort to the very weave of the building’s architecture. Every unit is fitted with state-of-the-art amenities, including a fully equipped pantry, en-suite bathroom, LED flat-screen TV, safety deposit box, dual-line telephone, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Other amenities such as hairdryer, iron and ironing board, laundry and room service are available upon request. We offer several different types of apartment homes. Depending on your needs and preference, you may choose from:

Our apartments are suitable for business travelers, corporate stays, leisure seekers, and families alike.
How often are the apartments serviced?
Services may vary depending on our guests’ length of stay and special requests. Generally, a daily cleaning and fresh linen and towel service is included. Guests may request additional maid services via our reception, and additional charges may apply.
How many guests can stay in the apartment?
The maximum number of guests each unit can accommodate depends on its type and size.
- Studio: up to 2 guests

Is there a minimum or maximum length of stay?
There is no minimum or maximum length of stay at any of our apartments. You are welcome to stay nightly, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Please contact our reservations staff for enquiries on longer-term stays.
Is it possible for me to view an apartment before making a reservation?

How and when do I pay?
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard.
I’m interested in booking a stay for several months. Will I have to pay for the entire stay upon booking?
For stays longer than four weeks, we are happy to bill you on a monthly basis. However, to secure your booking, payment is due before the specified period commences.
When and how will I receive my confirmation?
As soon as you complete your online or telephone booking, we will send you a booking confirmation by email with everything you need to know about your stay, including check-in details and directions on how to find us.
Are photos on the website photos of actual apartments?
Yes, all photos on our website are of actual apartments.
BEFORE YOUR STAY
Do I need to bring my reservation confirmation with me when I check-in?
Yes, please bring your reservation confirmation with you. Additionally, all guests are required to submit a valid Photo ID and personal credit or debit card used to make the reservation.
Am I required to pay a deposit?
Credit card details are generally accepted as a form of deposit. When a deposit is required, our staff will be sure to notify you. Deposits are always refunded once the apartment has been checked after your departure.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Our standard check-in time is 2:00pm on the day of arrival and 12:00pm on your departure day. Subject to availability, early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes possible.
DURING YOUR STAY
Is breakfast included with all room bookings?
Conveniently adjacent to our apartment building is the Roastwoods restaurant, open from 10:00am to 11:00pm on weekdays and 10:00am to 12:00am on weekends for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All guests staying at Treehouse Suites can enjoy 15% off on all purchases at Roastwoods.
Is there parking available?
Yes. We provide secure on-site 24-hour basement parking for our residents’ vehicles.
What kitchen equipment will I find in my apartment?
All our units have a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a stove, hob, refrigerator/freezer, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and washing up amenities.
Is the tap water suitable for consumption?
No. We do not recommend drinking tap water. We provide each room with an electric kettle for boiling water.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. We do our best to maintain a smokefree environment for the comfort of all our guests. However, we do provide an outdoor smoking area within our premises for our guests who wish to smoke.
Can I bring pets?
Sorry, we do not allow pets in our premises.
What happens if there is an emergency?
